PHA Workshop Facilitation
HCEL provided Asset Management deliverables which are used for maintenance and integrity assurance of facility installations to ensure safety and maximum equipment up-time throughout the design life of the facility. Comprehensive risk studies (Barrier Health Monitoring, Emergency Response Assurance, Pre-start Up Audit/Prestart Up Safety Review, RCA, Incident Investigation, etc.). Supports safe design for onshore/offshore assets & SIMOPS.
Safety Engineering
HCEL provides engineering solutions by carrying out preliminary and detailed risk assessment studies for onshore and offshore oil and gas assets. Comprehensive risk studies and 3D Fire & Gas Mapping (FERA, QRA, HAC, EERA, etc.). Delivers optimized detector coverage and supports safe design for onshore/offshore assets & SIMOPS.
Safety Management System
HCEL provides clients with documented demonstrated evidence of identifying HSE risks, planning for arrangements to be in place to control the HSE risks, and engineer appropriate procedures, training, audits and improvements processes to achieve the HSE goals and objectives.
