HCEL has a wealth of HSE consultancy experience, gained through years of service in the industry. Our office is located in Lagos, Nigeria, ideally situated to provide our expertise and technical services to clients, located offshore and in Nigeria.
HCEL tends to provide world-class consulting services in the field of engineering, risk management for offshore and onshore oil and gas upstream, midstream and downstream industries. We serve clients through all phases of engineering, from conceptual phase to decommissioning. Company History
HEMP Consults and Engineering Limited, established in 2019, is a fast-rising Nigerian firm dedicated to Process Safety, Technical Safety, and Asset Integrity solutions. We began operations in 2020 with landmark QRA projects that supported critical infrastructure and helped clients manage risk to ALARP levels. From 2021 to date, we’ve delivered over 80 high-impact projects across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.
Our multidisciplinary team brings deep expertise across the full asset lifecycle—from concept selection, FEED, and detailed engineering, to operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.
